Welcome to Food and Climate.

Food and Climate stands behind an independent consultant, Magdalena Anna Kropiwnicka, bringing two decades of  experience in policy, program and organizational development in support of the local and global efforts in food security,  food systems transformation, governance of natural resources and international  development cooperation.  I combine practical knowledge spanning four continents with multilateral policy and technical expertise gained with the UN Agencies, the EU,  non for profit and philanthropic as well as civil society and private sector clients. 
I embrace system thinking and focus on creating impact  for food, agriculture, health, sustainability and socio-economic outcomes.  Food and Climate offers consultancy services in policy and program support, strategy co-facilitation, partnership and stakeholder engagement.  I am experienced in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives at local and international level and facilitating outcome-oriented projects while working with diverse and geographically dispersed groups. I believe in the need for assuring inclusive communication in the age of digital and AI revolution and dare to think outside the box to find solutions to organizational, political and environmental bottlenecks.
