Since 2012, Food and Climate has offered consultancy services to the Wellspring Philanthropic Fund and Forest Tenure Funders Group, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, European Commission, UK Department for International Development,  International Land Coalition, Permanent Representation of Poland to the United Nations Agencies in Rome during Polish Presidency of the European Council and various international non-governmental NGOs including ActionAid International, One Foundation, International Food Security Network and Trocaire.

Magdalena has also played a key role in reforming the UN FAO Comittee on World Food Security in response to the food price crisis of 2008 as Special Technical Advisor to its first independent Chair.  While advising Polish government during its EU Presidency, she was elected to chair the EU and Swiss Working Group on Land becoming EU's spokesperson in the multilateral UN negotiations of Voluntary Guidelines on Responsible Tenure of Land, Fisheries and Forests. Previously, Magdalena has opened Action Aid's office in Rome via-a-vis  UN Rome Agencies from where she was supporting coordination of the International Food Security Network in 28 developing countries.

The added experience of work for the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Food Programme and International Fund for Agricultural Development has helped fine tune rare ability to build bridges between the world of global development policies and on-ground programs.  Magdalena has extensive mission travel experience in Africa and Latin America in addition to recent years spend living and working in Uganda and Jamaica where she was actively engaged with both civil society and private sector entrepreneurs.

She is fluent in English, Polish and Italian, with working proficiency in Spanish and French.

Magdalena  is a co-funder and ex Director in the Board of Directors of the Land Portal Foundation (2015- 2021) and ex Secretary of the Board of Directors of Women's International Peace Center (2016-2023).  
Privately, a dedicated yoga practitioner and mom of two boys.
